
Not a bad idea from Public Advocate Williams, but this kind of study would be far more effective if a pre-existing comprehensive plan that had considered these issues citywide provided the framework for analysis. Appleseed works with the Thriving Communities Coalition to push for reforms to the city charter that would require New York City to develop a comprehensive plan with equity goals.
