Appleseed and Riders Alliance Op-ed on Comprehensive Planning

Through Appleseed’s participation in the Thriving Communities Coalition, Executive Director David Tipson penned an op-ed in the Gotham Gazette with Danny Pearlstein of the Riders Alliance.
